when you go all in and color drench a room in deep velvet olive, the furniture and fixtures can’t just sit there, they have to pull their weight.

here is how we used intentional ff&e to bring the light and warmth back into this moody space:

the seating: light, oatmeal woven chairs to give the eyes a soft place to land against those dark walls.

the storage: a rich, dark stained oak sideboard that adds tons of structural warmth and pretty shadow play.

the lighting: brushed brass accents. like that sleek, sweeping chandelier and the mushroom lamp, acting as the perfect high contrast jewelry.

the textiles: a chunky knit ivory rug to anchor the floor, paired with breezy custom linen curtains to turn the afternoon sunlight into a soft, glowing mood.

the styling: oversized matte ceramics and textured art to give it that relaxed, modern soul that keeps the drama feeling super livable.
